Recently purchased 2 BUMPSHOX bumper guards because we
park in Manhattan a lot. Parking is so tight that your bumper becomes chipped and damaged easily. The BUMPSHOX gives us a fighting chance by absorbing the "blow" before the car backing into the space in front of us hits our car. I just wish it was 6 feet wide!

I've installed these on my 2015 Honda Fit and 2017 Honda Pilot. Since I park on the street for my day job I am always concerned about somebody bashing into me. My old license plate frames from the dealer were beat up and broken from people trying to parallel park and I knew it was just a matter of time until somebody did some real damage. Since the bumpshox sits about 1 inch farther than my original plate, it should comfortably take the impact even if somebody is a bit crooked when they nudge my car.

This product has save my car several times, in my neighborhood they like to force themselves into spots and I can say my car is the only one with a nice front bumper still

I love this item...I can park and push the car in front of me a tad bit if needed (just kidding) or if someone backs into me, they hit this first. I'm giving this a four stars because there is one caveat. Ensure you that the holes in your bumper fits perfectly. I needed a license plate mount that the dealership gave me when I bought my Honda CRV. Without the mount, I probably would end up drilling holes in the bumper. Good thing I didn't throw the mount away. So be aware before buying it.

I bought it after watching an advertisement video for this product. Fortunately I haven't been in car accidents to fully test this car bumper protector, but I feel more comfortable parking against walls or cars in front of me knowing that even if I accidentally hit it, no damage will be done - neither to my car nor to the object in front of me. I am very happy with this product. I bought the thickest one (3 inches), it looks pretty nice, it doesn't look over-sized or weird.

I have had it for almost two years now on my SUV, in NYC, it has to absorb some parking bump shocks almost everyday, lol. So far its' intact.
